You'll work closely with our finance team to process invoices, reconcile bank statements, and prepare monthly financial reports. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices and receipts for accuracy
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including monthly and quarterly statements
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements
• Support the finance team in managing restaurant expenses and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and filing
• Maintain and update financial records and databases using QuickBooks or similar software

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Proficient in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
