As a B2B Sales Executive (HORECA/FMCG), you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring our products meet their specific needs. You'll work closely with our sales team, leveraging your industry knowledge and negotiation skills to secure contracts and exceed sales targets. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 15,000,000 per bulan, along with opportunities for professional development and career growth.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential B2B clients in the HORECA and FMCG sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and proposals to secure new business and maintain existing client relationships.
- Present product and service offerings to clients, highlighting their benefits and addressing their specific needs.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products and services meet client requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in the HORECA and FMCG sectors.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HORECA or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
