📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective product promotion and distribution.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to distribution.,Provide regular reports on distribution activities, performance, and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of customer service principles and practices.,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is a plus.
