📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of sales assistants to achieve monthly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product sales.,Conduct customer consultations to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demands.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve their performance and skills.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related role.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
