📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and customer engagement.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality mom and baby products.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Conduct market analysis and trend forecasting to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Oversee inventory management and stock rotation to maintain optimal levels.
• Train and mentor retail staff on merchandising best practices.
• Monitor sales performance and provide reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with promotional campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, retail management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and improving product performance.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and supply chain.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other retail management software.
• Certification in retail merchandising or related field is a plus.
