As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlet in Pluit, Jakarta Raya. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our business and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop the sales team to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular audits to ensure the outlet meets quality and service standards.,Manage and maintain the outlet's appearance and cleanliness.,Coordinate with the regional manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Experience in managing a team and mentoring staff.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
