📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture, values, and job requirements.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and provide input on recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and onboarding.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, software, and platforms.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
