📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales consultations with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.,Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Maintaining accurate sales records and reports.,Participating in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Promoting products and services to increase brand awareness.,Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities.,Training and mentoring junior sales consultants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
