In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department in various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, scheduling, and maintaining candidate records.,Support the HR department in maintaining employee records, including personal data and performance evaluations.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as contracts, policies, and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing HR-related correspondence and scheduling appointments.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR training and development programs.,Support the HR department in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good organizational and time-management skills.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
