📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to support the company's growth and development.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, including month-end closing and annual audits.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and control the company's cash flow and liquidity.,Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulations.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification in finance or accounting is a plus.
