📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement restocking strategies to ensure optimal stock management.
• Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational plans and strategies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
• Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently, with English proficiency a strong advantage.
