📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Bantul area.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team.
  • Report to the Regional Manager on a monthly basis.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or sales industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
