City Moon Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Assist in the development of HR strategies and programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hybrid or remote setting.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Certification in HR management is a plus.
