This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in-office and remotely, providing flexibility and balance in your work-life.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment that meets health and safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and complaints professionally and effectively.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
