As the Lead Sales Counter, you will be responsible for managing the sales operations at our counter, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily sales operations at the counter.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.,Promote and upsell products and services to customers.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Monitor and report on sales performance and trends.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate financial records.,Participate in inventory management and restocking as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of driving sales growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and point of sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
