📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.,Assist in the preparation and administration of patient meals and fluids.,Monitor patient health status and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.,Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and policies.,Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and hospital policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Proficient in both written and spoken English.,Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
