Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Monitor and evaluate the performance of operations teams and individuals,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high-quality products or services,Lead and mentor operations teams to ensure continuous improvement and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Excellent leadership and management skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
