- Support cross-functional teams in Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, Quality, and Operational Excellence.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and projects.
- Participate in process improvements and continuous quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Contribute to the achievement of operational goals and KPIs.
- Work with various tools and software, including SAP, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Support supply chain management and inventory control processes.
- Assist in the development of project plans and timelines.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Recent graduate or professional with a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with SAP, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related fields are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
