Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify potential candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee onboarding programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
