In this role, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts and ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment between the organization's needs and the recruitment process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to expand the talent pool.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the organization remains competitive.,Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its unique recruitment challenges.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
