📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.

Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.

Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure training objectives are met.

Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training.

Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Training Officer or similar role.

Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with training management software is a plus.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.

Ability to travel for training purposes.
