📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices and billing documents
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing processes
• Analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Prepare and present billing reports to management
• Stay updated with the latest developments in financial software and billing practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in billing and accounts payable/receivable
• Proficient in using SAP, Oracle, or similar financial software
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
