📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers in finding the perfect fashion pieces by providing personalized recommendations and styling advice.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems like Shopify or LightSpeed.
• Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.
• Promote upcoming events, sales, and new arrivals to engage customers and drive sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and industry news to provide informed recommendations to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, fashion, or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.
