• Support cross-functional teams in Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, Quality, and Operational Excellence.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and projects.
• Participate in process improvements and continuous quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Contribute to the achievement of operational goals and KPIs.
• Work with various tools and software, including SAP, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Support supply chain management and inventory control processes.
• Assist in the development of project plans and timelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or professional with a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with SAP, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related fields are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
