Mr Global (HK) Limited is seeking a skilled IVD Clinical Specialist to join our team in Jakarta. You will be responsible for providing technical support and clinical expertise to our customers, ensuring the highest standards of medical diagnostics.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals on IVD instruments and systems.
Assist in the sales process by demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of our IVD products.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of diagnostic results through quality control and quality assurance processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Stay updated with the latest developments in medical diagnostics through continuous learning and professional development.
Participate in product launches and promotional activities to showcase our IVD solutions.
Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials for our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical diagnostics, preferably with IVD instruments.
Certification in medical laboratory technology or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of IVD instruments and systems, including the Sysmex XN-1000i and Beckman Coulter AU5800.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with healthcare professionals and customers.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in medical diagnostics.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
