• Plan and execute high-impact retail promotions, roadshows, and events that drive customer engagement and sales.
• Develop and manage short-term leasing agreements, optimizing space utilization and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and implement promotional strategies that align with our strategic goals.
• Analyze promotional performance data to identify trends, optimize future campaigns, and deliver measurable results.
• Work closely with vendors and retailers to create tailored leasing solutions that meet their business needs.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail marketing and leasing.
• Represent Pusat Borong Matahari at industry events and networking opportunities to build our brand presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail marketing, promotions, or leasing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of retail industry trends, consumer behavior, and promotional strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors and retailers.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with retail management software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Certification in retail marketing or leasing is a plus.
