Area Sales & Promotion Supervisor - Medan

As we expand our market presence in North Sumatra, we are seeking a dynamic Area Sales & Promotion Supervisor to lead our sales and promotion efforts in Medan.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing and executing effective promotional strategies. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure our products are promoted effectively, and you will have the opportunity to grow your career within a well-established and respected company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth and market share.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the local market.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential, to foster long-term business partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, such as trade shows, product demonstrations, and advertising campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales targets.
• Participate in team meetings and other relevant activities as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the paint and coating industry, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
