📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgeries, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in place and functioning properly.
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures, providing essential support and care to patients.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes or emergencies promptly.
- Ensure a sterile environment in the operating room, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical workflows.
- Document all surgical procedures and patient care meticulously, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an OT Nurse in a reputable hospital or healthcare facility.
- Certification as an Operating Room Nurse (ORN) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, anesthesia techniques, and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in using operating room equipment and surgical instruments.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
