📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of technical personnel to ensure the operational readiness and maintenance of the fleet.
• Oversee the technical aspects of ship operations, including routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Manage and optimize the use of technical resources, including tools and software like Maximo and SAP.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical and operational processes.
• Provide technical guidance and training to the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation in fleet maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the maritime industry.
• Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience with asset management software like Maximo and enterprise resource planning systems like SAP.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
